Koorsen Fire & Security, a leading security provider selects Growth Dynamics to implement the GDI ClientMAX Survey to assess current customer needs/expectations, measure product pricing, service and field support. The success of the program was significant offering management with a targeted, defined analysis of their customer base with solutions. The program realized a 42% response rate over 400 new customer contacts, 142 new customer project leads and a updated customer database to advance sales efforts to mine and saturate the customer base. Randy Koorsen, CEO noted “The success of this program has paid for the investment 10 times.” The GDI ClientMAX Survey was released in early 2006 to a nationwide audience.
