Heartland Payment Systems Selects Growth Dynamics for Multi-Year Agreement

Heartland Payment Systems (NYSE: HPY), a leading provider of credit/debit/prepaid card processing, payroll, check management and payment services, today announced it has signed Growth Dynamics as their partner for a multi-year agreement to help sales management test, qualify, assess and select sales professionals who meet a targeted benchmark standard for success that is aligned with the role of sales, the company, culture and customer. Although many of today’s leading testing firms such as HR Chally, Caliper, Profiles International and many others were considered during a 14 month beta test and validation, Growth Dynamics was selected because of the full-cycle approach.
