Growth Dynamics Releases the VF Imagewear 2010 ClientMAX® Customer Intelligence Survey with a 54.5% Response Rate.June 2010 DAYTON, Ohio—June, 2010 – Developed in partnership with Growth Dynamics (GDI), the VF Imagewear 2010 ClientMAX® Customer Intelligence survey provided an opportunity for VF Imagewear management to validate customer satisfaction and needs and expectations for the sales force. Over a two month time frame, GDI collected valuable data and information to impact VF Imagewear’s customer retention and business growth. Growth Dynamics put into action a powerful marketing and branding campaign that went out to all VF customers requesting their help and announcing the survey. The marketing campaign included mailings and e-blasts of letters, postcards and survey invitations that linked consistently and directly to the brand, products, services and commitment offered by VF Imagewear. VF Imagewear’s 2010 ClientMAX® Customer Intelligence Survey yielded a tremendous response rate of 54.5% (industry standard is 5-7% max) and attracted valuable customer data, trends, suggestions and LEADS for the sales force. The results, comments and trends point to a strong and loyal customer base interested in ways to help VF Imagewear improve, develop and retain their accounts.
