DAYTON, Ohio— February, 2012 – The CEO of Growth Dynamics, Ty Swain presented at the Independent Textile Rental Association (ITRA), held in Nashville, Tennessee on February 20 – 21, 2012. Ty Swain, who brings over 25 years of sales and executive leadership experience to the industry, presented on “Selecting and Developing a Top-Performing Sales Organization.”

ITRA members explored the impact of today’s economy, competition and technological advances on sales leadership and the sales force. The presentation addressed the challenges faced today in selecting, developing and retaining a sales force that fits the company and customer environment. The program included discussions about GDI’s comprehensive sales team benchmarking, sales team analysis and selection programs that help today’s leadership select, develop and retain the right sales team to optimize business growth. ITRA members received powerful take-aways to improve sales team performance.
