DAYTON, Ohio—January, 2011 - Growth Dynamics has been selected to present at CSC Network’s Annual Convention to be held in March, 2011 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Growth Dynamics’ CEO, Ty Swain will present on "The Changing Tide of Sales Force Selection and Retention." Ty Swain brings over 25 years of sales and executive leadership experience to the industry.

CSC Network members will explore how the industry is changing, how today’s economy, competition and technological advances have impacted the sales force and sales leadership and what trends are occurring in today’s businesses that will lead to massive opportunity or challenges for the businesses of tomorrow. The presentation addresses the challenges faced today in selecting, developing and retaining a sales force that fits and performs and provides a comprehensive, solution-focused approach that creates a powerful take-away for participants.
